Prior to commencing the construction of my property in Thornbury, I had premeditated ideas that it'll be a gruelling ordeal that'll leave me planning a lengthy holiday - simply to recover. Nevertheless, this wasn't the case!

The intention of this short letter is to offer my gratitude and appreciation to DeAngelis Construction Inc. for making the entire experience of building my property both tranquil and peaceful, yet entirely professional. Following the initial process of planning and design, the construction group were always prompt and punctual upon their arrival and departure. Any issues that they encountered were handled with extreme care and precision - always ensuring that I was informed of these issues and the appropriate steps were taken to rectify these matters.

The attention to detail offered by DeAngelis Construction was amazing! They knew all the measures and procedures necessary to transform a building into a home and it is with much pride that I now gaze upon my new home with a feeling of warmth and awe. This reaction is also expressed by all my guests, as they too praise and applaud the quality and design of my home. Inevitably, they ask me about the cost of engaging DeAngelis Construction, and their reaction upon my disclosure is always one of amazement and disbelief. It is no wonder why I've distributed their contact number to half a dozen friends, who are now in the process of building their own home.

Right through the entire process of building our home, John always displayed a high degree of integrity, honesty and responsibility. There was little need to chase John on anything as he was always present to resolving any issues. He builds quality homes and has an excellent relationship with his tradesmen, who always do the right job by him and his customers.

John is always true to his word and his calm, patient approach is important in what is often a trying process. Most importantly, our home was finished within the time frame that he outlined.

After exhaustive evaluation of builders and homes available in the market place we made the huge decision to design our own home and have it custom built.

From our very first meeting with John his calm demeanour, flexibility to allow us to undertake certain aspects of the project ourselves - such as sourcing our own cabinet maker etc., and his attention to detail made us feel that this was someone we could work with.

We were right, during the entire project nothing was ever too much trouble, not an easy task when John was dealing with 2 women. Changes were not frowned upon and knocked back, instead he worked with us to create our vision and would make recommendations to ensure we got the most out our options.

There are many horror stories out there of peoples experiences when working with builders . I am very happy to say we were not one of them.
